Kokohinau Papakainga Trust

The Kōkōhinau Papakainga Trust is currently nearing the completion of 3 x 3-bedroom houses on the Kōkōhinau Papakāinga housing site located at 331 Te Teko Road.

These houses are BUILTsmart houses and were built by BUILTsmart at their Huntly location and transported to site.

As the Kōkōhinau Papakāinga Trust does final touches to prepare these new houses for tenants the houses will become available to live sometime in the upcoming months.
